It closes to many shopping centers Target, Walmart, Aldi, etc. I am glad to say that I have had a good experience so far. Management people are well knowledgeable and polite. Also, maintenance people are well organized and fix any problem timely. The apartment community is usually clean. Dumpster area needs some improvements to eliminate visual pollution. Also, it would be great if there was a separate dumpster for recycling materials. Overall I love to be here...

|Recommended: YesGreat improvements happening Good things comming — The office staff is amazing They have been so helpful every time we have been to the office. The new paint looks amazing, love the new laundry facility, key fobs, and the second pool being cleaned up and open. It is a pleasant place to live and there are some amazing changes happening here We have called this place home for 4 years now and just renewed our 5th lease. I believe the best is yet to come Rent here you won’t regret it

|Recommended: NoThis property is piss poor compare to other i lived into before. — Advised to other tenants who are looking to move to park Aberdeen is to look out for ROACHES. I let the staff know about it yet she replied that it's a Florida thing. Strong order is coming from the sink pipe.
We apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with pest control we have a vendor come out every Friday to service our units, it is the residents responsibility to inform it to the office to get it service otherwise we can't have any one access your unit. I also reviewed your maintenance request and do not see any pest control service request. I do think it is unfair in giving us a review in which you haven't giving us the chance to rectify. As far as a strong odor coming from your sink i don't see a work order for that neither. If you wish we can place it so that we can take care of it. We wish to have our resident happy and comfortable in their home.
