|Recommended: YesLove the complex but need some improvement — The complex is under renovations and I'm sure that it will be beautiful once completed. Our neighbors are nice and we look out of each other especially during CORVID19. Staff is helpful.
I've had several maintenance request to fix the sink over the past 9 months however it's still not fixed properly. The grounds in the morning time is filled with beer bottles as well as the trash compactor is horrible.
I've seen vultures there the other day because so much trash has accumulated. I don't know if the trash compacter is broken but something is going on. We recently start valet trash so I hope that solves the problem.
|Recommended: YesGood place to live — Nice community, great staff, lived here 2years with my kids they always had a lot of fun, nice playground and pool and plenty of kids to play with. The apartment itself was in OK condition when we moved in with older amenities. Some that were coming a part nothing that couldn’t be over looked. maintenance staff was always good about fixing any major issues promptly. everyone from maintenance to office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Since we moved in a lot of staff has changed for the better and there have beeen a lot of changes and upgrades to the community. They are renovating and updating outdated features inside and out so the property is now coming together nicely. Sadly I am moving out of state but if I ever move back to the Tampa area the Bahia will be the first place I look to rent again.
|Recommended: YesGreat Left alone, and friendly neighbors — Living here is great. Being conveniently located next to Target and Walmart, as well as walking distance to restaurants is a huge plus. The staff and neighbors are friendly and everyone seems to mind their business. No complaints here.
