Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI've had some issues with the main dumpster overflowing, plumbing miscommunication but everything was made right in a timely fashion. The apartment is spacious I love that there are 2 pools which are able to be utilized now a Bark Park for my doggos which they love It's very quiet the neighbors I have met are very nice. Barry his staff are working hard not only to improve upon issues left for them when they took this job but to really make this a great place to live. They're trustworthy really nice. I really like it here things are continuing to look up

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt’s a very nice quite complex. The staff is very nice and understandable. Th only thing that bothers me is the trash area it’s always overflowing with trash on the ground. There is valet trash, but it seems as if many residents still use the dumpster. I think if there a trash compactor it will eliminate the trash on the ground.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesNo major problems inside of my unit. I’ve lived in my unit two years but I’m only unsatisfied with No washer dryer in units. The price would be more ideal with at least hookup for washer and dryer.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe apartment is great. I love that it has ceiling fans and lights in the living room. The closet is bigger than I thought it would be which is good. The color palette is cool and SO much better than that beige color most other apartments have. The staff is nice as well.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI've lived at The Bahia since 2019. Overall it's been a good experience. There's been little bumps like the AC and dishwasher issues but as soon as maintenance was called they came to fix it quickly.
I'm excited for the new renovations and the amenities reopening.
