|Recommended: NoI got catfished — Trash all over the parking lot, I can hear neighbors and the people above me at all hours of the day, cockroaches everywhere, trash compactor always overfilled, people driving super fast through the streets, people stair at me and I have even been flipped off by people because I drive a nicer car. Unimpressed with the facilities. Only positive is that if anything ever broke it was fixed that day or the day after.
response from property -We appreciate your review we are working on rectifying the trash in the parking lot and our trash compactor, we can't control the way people drive we have speed limit and speed bumps through out our community but again we can't do anything on how people driving in to our community drives. We appreciate your review on our maintenance staff we work hard to address our residents quickly, as far as pest control issues residents are required to call the leasing office in order to address this matter. We wish to have our residents happy please contact the leasing office to further assist you.

|Recommended: YesIt’s ok but could be better — I myself didn’t like the appearance when i first moved in but the place has grew to my liking. The lawn and laundry facilities could be upkept a lot more.

|Recommended: YesOverall very nice, great location, nice office staff. — I would tell them I like it a lot. There are issues with the trash area disgusting and maintenance turnaround being dishonest about fulfillment of maintenance requests. Overall it is a safe, quiet place to live.
