Yet but so far so good the apartment complex looks nice and clean kids friendly the two pools and exercise room is a plus the staff in the office has been friendly and warming especially Mrs Daniel I believe that’s her name she been overly helpful I really like the general area

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMy experience in general is very good expect one of my neighbors likes to dump her dirty water from upstairs to the front of my door down stairs, and although I talked to her several times there is no lock and she keeps doing it . But rather than that my experience living her for ten years is very good, and hopefully some day I will solve this problem with my neighbor so we can live in peace, because I fall once and almost break my hip ,so I hope I’ll not have any more accidents.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThings are definitely getting better. The trash service company misses the trash fairly often, but we are on an end unit so I assume they just don’t go to the end of the building.
|Recommended: YesLiving at the Bahia — After moving from New Jersey to Tampa Florida I found the quality of life at the Bahia refreshing. The maintenance staff are awesome. Property management Ms. Allen has been honest and open to discussing any matters. The only problem with the Bahia are the bad neighbors. Damaging laundry doors, leaving trash everywhere and someone had fired shots nearby last month. To conclude living at the Bahia is a temporary thing until we find someplace better.
