Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI would recommend Bahia to friends and family and acquaintances. I enjoyed how well in sync the front office is with each other. One picks up where the other one left off. It occurred twice. The move in process was extremely smooth. There were no glitches in how the system is working.. all you have to do is just believe you can and you can through GOD. I like how the maintenance men were busy, how the grounds keepers were trimming the foliage. I am gonna check out the business center and fitness center. That really interest me about bahia apartments, it's affordable, located near a lot of stores, and they make sure that your situation is given the upmost attention.

Apartments are big and spacious. Can’t wait to see what The Bahia has in store for the new year. hopefully we get the gate fixed.

I do however, think they need to add the pest control within the apartments themselves. My view is beautiful. I feel safe here. Everything is assessable, we have a nearby stores. The staff is wonderful.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOverall experience has been good. Unfortunately I’ve had a mice issue almost the whole year. Office staff is very attentive but I just wish taking care of the mice issue was more of a priority. Area is good and staff is great

The major issue that I would see is the trash compactor. It's a large complex so there's a lot of trash. I would recommend that if there large amount of furniture, that the Goodwill or another hauling services is called to pick unwanted furniture at a certain day of the week.
