|Recommended: YesThe Best Place — I have lived in this complex since before they were the Bahia Apt's In two different units and with a time gap of one year. It was close to work, as a fact walking distance to work. James A Haley VA Hosp, and as a Veteran I am close to my medical care as well. I never ran out of parking, Maintenance techs are friendly, the office staff is friendly, You can tell they care. Still it is where I live I treat it the best I can. What I wish they had was a cleaning service that I would pay But they don't. Not that I am a slob, but you can see those finger prints by the doors, and so on. A professional crew, not just me with a Vacuum and broom with a mop. The turn over from a departing occupant to a new one might happen quicker. Great place but soon.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThis apartment complex has 2 pools, for a year one has being close, always promising that it will open soon. The gates for a year don t work, the same thing no changes. 11 months asking for these things to be changed. Security cameras obsolete, main pool always with trash and clothes around.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWhen we first moved in, the apartment was unfortunately not as clean as we expected, and we also noticed an issue with roaches that needed to be addressed. Maintenance also seems to be somewhat understaffed, which can make response times a little slower. That being said, our overall experience has still been positive. The staff has been friendly and helpful, and aside from those initial concerns, we’ve enjoyed living here so far. I think with a little more attention to cleanliness before move-in and additional maintenance support, the experience could be even better.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: NoA lady from Apt 102, building 13815 suddenly targeted us. We are a married couple living in the studio apartment Apt 202 . One evening, the lady saw us getting down the stairs and screaming to us that she will file a complaint to the police that we make noise whole night in a unsocial threatening voice. We tried to console her that you are misunderstood because we were sleeping at night. She started insulting us, provoking us, and filming us. That is very unsocial behavior.
Weirder than that, she informed her fake stories to the leasing staffs and complained about us. Very very uncomfortable experience at the get go

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMy apartment has had many issues, including multiple instances of leaking and flooding in the hallways, kitchen, and HVAC unit. I have put in multiple requests to fix the HVAC, and every time they “fulfill” it it is leaking within the next day or two. I am very dissatisfied with the maintenance and consistent breaking down of in-unit essentials.

We understand how upsetting it can be to submit multiple service requests only to have the same issue return shortly afterward.
This is certainly not the level of service or living experience we want for our residents. Our team takes recurring maintenance concerns seriously, and we would like the opportunity to thoroughly evaluate the underlying cause of these issues rather than simply addressing the immediate symptoms.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesEl complejo de apartamentos tiene sus problemas cómo es típico de todas las edificaciones que llevan años construidos ya, pero el colectivo administrativo actual es muy tenaz y eficaz en la resolución de ellos. En mi opinión particular esta nueva administración está ejerciendo un mejor trabajo y se esfuerza cada día en ofrecer un mejor y más completo servicio a nosotros los residentes. En cuánto a los vecinos, también hemos mejorado considerablemente pues muchos de los vecinos escándalos y problemáticos ya no viven aquí. Lo cual convierte al complejo de apartamentos The Bahía en un lugar más agradable y seguro para vivir.
